That is the tenth week of our summer season cross-country mileage program, which helps you get into higher form every day. That is for September 12, 2024, Day 4 of Week 10. Subsequent week, we start our RunBlogRun Fall Cross Nation Coaching and Racing Program, which we’ve posted since 1996. 

Week 10, Day 4,  Summer season Mileage Program

Welcome to the day within the tenth week of the 2024 Summer season Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.

Our objective is to construct you into a powerful cross-country runner. 

This week is week 9. Your trip is over. Now’s the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one powerful cross-country runner. We wish to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We like it! You’re getting stronger each day! 

At present, Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Keep in mind, that is our secret weapon: hills. So many prime athletes use hills in year-long preparation!

You could find your favourite spot for those who like.

It’s Thursday.

It’s a hill day.

Heat-up, half-hour, 4 x 5 minutes of hill fees, 5 minute straightforward in between, 6 x 150 meter stride outs!

Then calm down nicely and hydrate.

Benefit from the views, and respect nature.

Keep in mind to verify your sneakers earlier than and after your runs. For those who can, we advise two pairs of coaching sneakers.
