Week 9, Day 6,  Summer time Mileage Program

Welcome to the sixth day within the ninth week of the 2024 Summer time Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks till mid-September.

Our aim is to construct you into a robust cross-country runner. 

This week is week 9. Your trip is over. Now’s the time to construct constant constructing blocks to being one powerful cross-country runner. We need to assist all 560,000 girls and boys in highschool cross nation! We like it! You’re getting stronger every day!

It’s Saturday.

It’s a race day, so run half-hour and do your warm-up!

5k or hilly 6k-8k.

If you don’t race, then, 30 minute run, 8 x 400m uphill, jog 400m down,

Then quiet down nicely and hydrate.

Benefit from the views, and admire nature.
