MANILA, Philippines — Alice Guo, the dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor, has been transferred from the Philippine Nationwide Police (PNP) Custodial Heart in Camp Crame, Quezon Metropolis to Pasig Metropolis Jail on Monday.
