India tackle Pakistan within the ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday in Dubai
The stage is set for an exciting encounter between India vs Pakistan (IND vs PAK). Now, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Mohsin Naqvi has backed his side that the Pakistan Cricket Team is prepared. He further claimed that he is convinced that given the form Pakistan is in they will win against India.
Talking about form, Pakistan lost their opening game against New Zealand by 60 runs. On the other hand, the India Cricket Team won their opening game against Bangladesh by 6 wickets.
Mohsin Naqvi backs Men in Green
PCB Chief Mohsin Naqvi has claimed that a win for his side would be crucial in their chances of remaining alive in the ICC Champions Trophy. Should the Men in Green lose their game against the arch-rivals, they can be almost out of the tournament. Naqvi however continues to put his trust in his side, confident they would beat India.
“It will be a good game. Definitely, our team is fully prepared. I think we are in form and Pakistan will win. Let’s see what happens next,” Naqvi said.
Naqvi is convinced that be believes that his side would turn the tide. He added that though there is immense pressure on the side for the game, the side can make a stunning comeback. On the other hand, the India Cricket Team will be ready to secure their spot in the semi-finals, with a win over their arch-rivals.
