The Padres introduced their 2025 teaching workers on Friday night. Essentially the most notable improvement is that Brian Esposito has been named bench coach. San Diego operated and not using a bench coach throughout Mike Shildt’s first 12 months on the helm.
Esposito, 45, had already taken among the conventional bench coach tasks. His prior title had been recreation technique assistant. He’ll proceed to work as one in all Shildt’s high lieutenants. A former catcher who appeared in three MLB video games amidst a 13-year skilled taking part in profession, Esposito has labored within the San Diego group for the previous three years.
