Julian Alfred is the Olympic 100m champion, one thing that nobody would have predicted a 12 months in the past!  In final 12 months’s world championship, Sha’Carri Richardson received in 10.65 from Shericka Jackson and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. Alfred was fifth in 10.93.  Jackson determined to withdraw from the 100 to focus on the 200.  Richardson had run a ten.71 already this 12 months, a lot sooner than Alfred had accomplished.
