Arsenal legend Ray Parlour left the Gunners in 2004 aged 31, signing for Middlesbrough within the Premier League.

Three years later he returned to Arsenal after being launched by Boro halfway via the 2006/07 season, retaining his health ranges up whereas trying to find a brand new membership. Just a few weeks later Parlour signed for Hull Metropolis within the Championship, regardless of the Tigers struggling and dealing with relegation to the third tier.
