Hendrick won’t attraction Bowman’s Charlotte disqualification

Hendrick Motorsports has determined to not attraction the disqualification of Alex Bowman from Sunday’s race on the Charlotte Roval after his automobile failed post-race inspection.

The No. 48 Chevrolet failed the burden station for being too mild. No clarification has been given by NASCAR nor the staff for why the automobile didn’t meet the authorized restrict.

Hendrick Motorsports had till 5 p.m. ET Monday to file an attraction. Bowman was eradicated from the postseason due to the disqualification as he was moved to final within the ending order, with one level earned.
