MANILA, Philippines — Ateneo coach Tab Baldwin refuses to sulk over the worst lack of his UAAP profession, saying the Blue Eagles want to maneuver ahead with three video games remaining to attempt to attain the Last 4 of the Season 87 males’s basketball event. 

Baldwin suffered the worst outcome since teaching within the UAAP in 2016 as Ateneo was dominated by the College of the Philippines, 75-47, within the second spherical of the Battle of Katipunan on Wednesday at Mall of Asia Area.

“It’s irrelevant.  It’s a really disappointing loss. [But] it’s a loss that you just gotta put behind you and transfer ahead,” stated Baldwin. “We now have three video games arising that we wanna make a constructive impression for our gamers going ahead.”

The four-time UAAP champion coach hopes his younger Blue Eagles will be taught from the robust loss and  “work their tails off to complete the season on a really constructive notice.”
