2025 Winter Indoor Racing/Coaching Program, March 5, 2025, week 9, day 4, ninth week of 12 months, constructing mileage, it is Thursday !!!

The highway to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We’ve got prolonged Winter exercises to 10 weeks!

That is week 9 of the Winter Indoor Racing/Coaching Program

Through the winter, I construct mileage, do hill work, and run brief races (800m-3k) for weekly velocity work.
