Tuesday, warm-up, half-hour, reasonable operating, 16 x 300, in two units of 8, first set at mile tempo, with 100m jog/stroll, second at 800m tempo with 100m jog/stroll, cooldown.
Hydrate and stretch. At all times hydrate.
