2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, Could 7, 2025, week 8, day 3, Eighth Week of the season, Wednesday is a simple day! !

The street to 2025 racing is in excessive season!

Now we have begun Spring Monitor & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Because of the good notes from coaches and athletes.

Wednesday exercise, 45-65 minute simple run, with 6×150 meter stride-outs, cooldown.
