2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, Could 14, 2025, week 9, day 3, Ninth Week of the season, Wednesday is the simple day!

The highway to 2025 racing is in excessive season!

We’ve got begun Spring Observe & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Due to the good notes from coaches and athletes.

We’ll embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds sooner or later.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

Immediately is the third day of the ninth week of Spring Observe & Subject.

Wednesday exercise, Heat-up, 45-65 minutes of operating, 6x150m strideouts, cooldown.

Hydrate and stretch.  All the time hydrate.

Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and skim them daily. Goals are fulfilled by onerous work!
