2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 9, 2025, week 4, day 3, fourth week of 12 months, Wednesday is a simple day!

The street to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We’ve begun Spring Observe & Discipline now for 14 weeks!

We provides you with 14 weeks of Spring Observe & Discipline.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week 4 of the Spring Observe & Discipline Program.

In the present day is  April 9,  2025

In the present day is the third day of the fourth week of Spring Observe & Discipline.

Heat up properly, 45-65 minutes of simple operating, 6x150m stride-outs, cooldown.

Hydrate and stretch.  All the time hydrate.

Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and browse them daily. Goals are fulfilled by laborious work!
