2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 5, 2025, week 3, day 6, third week of yr, Saturday is a race day !

The street to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We now have begun Spring Monitor & Discipline now for 14 weeks!

Because of good notes from coaches and athletes.

We are going to embrace tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

We will provide you with 14 weeks of Spring Monitor & Discipline.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week three of the Spring Monitor & Discipline Program.

Heat up effectively; Operating in Relays; attempt a DMR (400-800-1200-Mile) and 4x800m relay! 800 and 1200 maybe, heat down
