2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 29, 2025, week 7, day 2, seventh week of yr, Tuesday is a pace day!

The street to 2025 racing is in excessive season!

We have now begun Spring Observe & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Tuesday exercise, heat up, 2 miles, dash straights, jog turns, 20 minutes of average operating, 8 x 350, 200m jog, tempo is 800m race tempo, 20 minutes of simple operating, cooldown.

Hydrate and stretch.  At all times hydrate.

Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and browse them daily. Desires are fulfilled by means of onerous work!
