Sunday exercise:75-95 minutes of reasonable operating, with a ten to 12 minute hilly part in the midst of the run or close to the very finish. Please cooldown afterwards.
Hydrate and stretch. All the time hydrate.
Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and skim them daily. Desires are fulfilled via exhausting work!
