2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 27, 2025, week 6, day 7, sixth week of 12 months, Sunday is an extended day!!

The highway to 2025 racing is in excessive season!

We now have begun Spring Observe & Discipline now for 14 weeks!

Due to the great notes from coaches and athletes.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week six of the Spring Observe & Discipline Program.

Sunday exercise:75-95 minutes of reasonable operating, with a ten to 12 minute hilly part in the midst of the run or close to the very finish. Please cooldown afterwards.
