2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 24, 2025, week 6, day 4, sixth week of yr, Thursday is a pace day!

The highway to 2025 racing is in excessive season!

Now we have begun Spring Monitor & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Thursday exercise, heat up, 20 minutes average operating, 8 x 400m at mile tempo, 400m jog, 20 minutes average operating, 8 x 300m, at mile tempo, jog 300m, 20 minutes average operating, 8 x 200 meters, 800m tempo, 200m jog, cooldown.

Hydrate and stretch.  All the time hydrate.

Make plans for spring racing. Write down your targets for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and browse them daily. Goals are fulfilled via exhausting work!
