2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 22, 2025, week 6, day 2, sixth week of yr, Tuesday is a tricky!

The highway to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We now have begun Spring Monitor & Area now for 14 weeks!

Because of good notes from coaches and athletes.

We are going to embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds sooner or later.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week six of the Spring Monitor & Area Program.

Tuesday exercise: Heat up, half-hour average tempo to exhausting tempo, 6 x 400m hill, jog down, 6 x 300m hill, jog down, 6x200m hill, jog down, 20 minutes straightforward operating, cooldown
