2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 19, 2025, week 5, day 6, fifth week of yr, Saturday is race day!

The highway to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We’ve begun Spring Monitor & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Due to good notes from coaches and athletes.

We are going to embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds sooner or later.

We will provide you with 14 weeks of Spring Monitor & Subject.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week 5 of the Spring Monitor & Subject Program.

Saturday, heat up, Race 3,000m, 2 mile or 5,000m, or 800m/ 1,500m, 30 minute straightforward operating, cooldown.
