2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 16, 2025, week 5, day 3, fifth week of 12 months, Wednesday is a straightforward day!

The highway to 2025 racing has simply begun!

Now we have begun Spring Monitor & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Due to good notes from coaches and athletes.

We are going to embrace tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week 5 of the Spring Monitor & Subject Program.

Wednesday exercise: heat up, 45-65 minutes of straightforward working, cooldown.

Hydrate and stretch.  At all times hydrate.
