2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 12, 2025, week 4, day 6, fourth week of yr, Saturday is a race day!

The street to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We now have begun Spring Monitor & Area now for 14 weeks!

Because of good notes from coaches and athletes.

We are going to embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week 4 of the Spring Monitor & Area Program.
