2025 Spring Racing/Coaching Program, April 1, 2025, week 3, day 2, third week of 12 months, Tuesday is a troublesome day !

The street to 2025 racing has simply begun!

We now have begun Spring Monitor & Discipline now for 14 weeks!

Because of good notes from coaches and athletes.

We’ll embrace tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

We gives you 14 weeks of Spring Monitor & Discipline.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week three of the Spring Monitor & Discipline Program.

As we speak is  April 1, 2025

As we speak is the second day of the third week of Spring Monitor & Discipline.

Heat up properly; 8 x 400m, 200m jog, at Mile tempo, Tempo run, 20 minutes, (at 20 second per mile over present 5k race tempo), 8 x 200m, 200m jog, 200m at mile tempo, last 2 x 200m at 800m tempo, cooldown

Hydrate and stretch.  At all times hydrate.
