Week 2, Day 6, Restoration Week Two
Immediately, take a 30-minute run or 45-minute stroll.
That is the start of the second week of our two—to three-week restoration time. The concept is to get a bodily, psychological, and religious break. We learn books, nap, goof off, and get outdoors and revel in nature.
The exercises can be three days every week, and you’ll stroll or bike to get you transferring.
The Olympic Trials have gone on for eight days now and are starting the ninth day.
