2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, September 18, 2024, Week 1, Day 3, Wednes is Average Day!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Cross nation is in full swing throughout the U.S. for prime schoolers.

560-570,000 highschool girls and boys will run cross nation throughout the fifty U.S. states.

Most states have had cross nation races for a number of weeks now, and most of the new runners to cross nation are getting in form the
