2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, October 19, 2024, Week 5, Day 6, Saturday is race day!!!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

It’s time to race!

560,000 girls and boys in highschool are operating cross nation this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming alongside effectively.

Why will we push hills/

Hills are the key sauce for a lot of coaches.

Elite athletes love hill work, as it will possibly change velocity work, assist construct power, and could be achieved anyplace there’s an incline!
