2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, October 16, 2024, Week 5, Day 3, Wednesday is a simple day!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

It’s time to race!

560,000 girls and boys in highschool are operating cross nation this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming alongside nicely.
