2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, November 19, 2024, Week 10, Day 2, Tuesday is a busy day!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here!

20 minutes of average working, 20 minute TEMPO run ( run at 20 seconds per mile tempo SLOWER than present 5k race tempo), 20 minutes average working, 8 x 200 meters, good effort.
