2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, November 16, 2024, Week 9, Day 6, An enormous Day on the Races!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Saturday is a race day!

A lot of the nation has had state meets (California is the newest, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are making ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Introduced by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the good Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to growing as an excellent distance runner!

For many excessive schoolers competing in NXN and FootLocker, there are one other six weeks of coaching and racing forward.

If you’re not racing an NXN race, discover a good 5k-8k and deal with the race!

 Week 9, Day 6, Saturday, November 16, 2024 

Heat-up properly,

5k XC race or 5k to 8k highway race, half-hour of average working,

cool-down properly,

Verify your footwear and guarantee that your coaching footwear

are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most footwear make it 12 weeks of coaching)
