2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, November 15, 2024, Week 9, Day 5, Friday is a simple day!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Friday is a simple day!

Many of the nation has had state meets (California is the newest, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are getting ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Introduced by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the nice Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to creating as an excellent distance runner!

For many of the excessive schoolers competing in NXN and FootLocker, there are one other six weeks of coaching and racing forward.

Simple days are necessary.

 Week 9, Day 5, Friday, November 15, 2024 

Heat-up effectively,

45-55 minutes of simple working, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs,

cool-down effectively,

Test your sneakers and make it possible for your coaching sneakers

are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most sneakers make it 12 weeks of coaching)
